Whether you're looking to up your running game, train for your next race, get into rucking, or just find a social group to keep you motivated to run or walk more consistently, THIS GROUP IS FOR YOU!!  Membership to SMRRC is FREE!!  Just come run or walk with our crew!

Our group meets typically every Sunday morning around 8:30am; meetup locations and times will be posted on our Facebook group page as well as texted out to members who register.

marathon & 1/2 Marathon training course!

Are you wanting to train for your first or next marathon or 1/2, but aren't sure where to start?  We've got a 10-Week Marathon training course for you!

This app-based course comes with 10 weeks of assigned run prescriptions, plus a cross-training (strength) recommendation (optional), and an optional nutrition plan!  It's a great way to build up your running endurance, strength, and speed to help you perform your best at your next race!  Pick one of these 10-week options:

BASIC COURSE:  $30

BASIC COURSE + CROSS-TRAINING WORKOUTS:  $50
