AnderLoch has changed my life in so many ways! A few years back, my kids were in college and finishing high school and I was trying to find something for me to do to fill my time as since I was soon to be an empty nester. So, I began working out for the first time and was previously with a different program and just wasn’t happy. A friend asked if I wanted to try AnderLoch and I thought what have I got to lose? A new routine began for me three days a week, it was tough but I made it each time due to the accountability of Jason, my trainer, and workout group. Working out with AnderLoch has given me the confidence to do things I never thought I would like to do or want to do…completing 5Ks when the sun is rising, hitting my 10th 14er this past summer, learning to snowshoe, riding my bike again (for the first time in a long time), and trying paddle boarding. AnderLoch is more than just a one-hour workout. It’s making friends who have become my accountability partners, my close circle of friends of who I enjoy adventuring in the outdoors together, and having a trainer who holds you accountable but is also a great person and friend. AnderLoch is my workout family and I’m so glad I made the decision to be part of it!

AnderLoch Fitness is for everybody and every body! Jason builds challenging and energizing workouts that are adaptable to anyone. Every workout is fresh and never boring, dare I say even fun! I am a woman in my mid 50’s and the “change” of life and challenges that come with that are daunting, but with Jason’s compassion, caring and encouragement, I am thriving. I have never felt so strong or had so much energy as I do now. I have met so many wonderful people and made so many great friends that I look forward to my AnderLoch Fitness workouts!

I have worked with Jason as my trainer since late 2021. Prior to this time, I had invested good money in equipment for our home gym but never felt like I was making headway. I have been a member of several gyms over the years but could never get enough momentum to make a difference in my personal fitness. I tried Orange Theory Fitness for a time but found the workouts became mundane, routine, and boring. Beside the fact that I never felt a connection with classmates or instructors like I feel with AnderLoch and Jason. I love the flexibility of AnderLoch. I have found days and times that fit my busy schedule as a business owner myself. On occasion, I can go off my usual schedule because there are so many options. The outdoor offering is awesome as well, when weather permits. In the three and a half years I have been working out with Jason, I still don't think I have repeated the same workout! I always leave feeling like I gave my everything and that progress is being made. I consider Jason and my classmates to be true friends and I will be a member for life. If you're looking for a great workout in a group setting and a good value, look no further. AnderLoch is worth every dollar.

He keeps us all together with his creative fitness regiments, multiple schedules to accommodate everyone’s busy work day/week. What made you decide to work with a nutrition coach / nutrition program, and why did you decide to work with Jason?
"My reasons were twofold. One, I needed to get myself back on track with appropriate calorie consumption and secondly, my husband had never done any kind of program and really needed to make some changes for his health. We decided to do this together and Jason is already one of our personal trainers so it made sense to go to him for guidance."
What did you like best and/or find most helpful about working with Jason and having a nutrition plan?
"Meals were planned. All I had to do was cook them. I am typically a planner and don't mind meal prep at all. Jason was very flexible in getting me the plans earlier so that I could be all ready to meal prep on the weekend. I absolutely HATE tracking food but the T3 app made it extremely easy."
If you had to pick one thing you feel you learned while working with Jason and T3 that will help you with eating healthy going forward, what is that?
"I was doing a horrible job of getting enough protein. I now know how differently I feel when I meet my protein goals. I now have a pretty good handle on what we need to be eating in order to feel good and maintain an active lifestyle for years to come."

What made you decide to work with a nutrition coach / nutrition program, and why did you decide to work with Jason?
"Due to my age and health related considerations, weight loss and control became a big motivating factor. Having lost weight in the past, only to regain those lost pounds made prioritizing nutrition and operating within a defined plan imperative. Having known Jason for several years through personal physical training, it made sense to look to him for help and assistance in getting me fit to an appropriate plan."
What did you like best and/or find most helpful about working with Jason and having a nutrition plan?
"The plan was concise in the caloric intake goals and offered a variety of meal plans to meet those requirements. The meals tasted great and were mixed and matched as needed based on our family's particular dietary requirements, a truly personalized plan."

"How to read and understand food labeling and realizing what serving sizes are and how that information impacts meal preparation and eating healthier moving forward."

What made you decide to work with a nutrition coach / nutrition program, and why did you decide to work with Jason?
"I decided to work with a nutrition coach after several years of doctors strongly suggesting I try weight loss medications because as I got older it would be next to impossible to lose weight on my own. I started attending a local strength class with Jason. My fitness was improving but I wasn't doing much about my diet. I saw that Jason was involved with a weight loss challenge. Nutrition coaching sounded like the next step I needed to improve my health and the challenge was the push I needed to actually start doing it."
What did you like best and/or find most helpful about working with Jason and having a nutrition plan?
"I didn't feel like I was just given some numbers and told to figure it out. The nutrition plan gave me a roadmap for the week. It had familiar foods in the correct portion sizes and combinations to meet my goals while still being flexible enough for a busy family. Jason made sure the meals worked for our dietary preferences, made suggestions for substitutions, and helped with ideas for those tricky situations like unexpected treats being brought in to the office."
If you had to pick one thing you feel you learned while working with Jason and T3 that will help you with eating healthy going forward, what is that?
"I learned that protein, fat, and carbs are all part of a healthy diet. When I pay attention to what I'm eating throughout the week, and aim for a good balance of macros within my calorie goals, I CAN lose weight."
